Unforgettable
The cockpit provides generous space for entertaining with a table and four chairs.
On the starboard side of the teak deck there is a cabinet with a sink, two drawers and an area beneath the sink for storage. Mounted in the corian countertop is a Kenyon electric grill.
In addition, the two 75’ Glendinning shore power cables are located here. To port of the main saloon doors is a fresh water spigot and inboard of the transom is the wash down hot/cold Aft Deck shower.
The cap rail is teak, finished to a high shine. There is a large, lockable hatch that opens into the lazarette, with the help of hydraulic stays, for easy access.
The ceiling features two pad eyes, offering a place to hang a hammock or a line for drying clothes/towels. Located on the deck are the emergency access to the rudder post.
Aft Deck & Side Deck
The lazarette is accessed via a hatch on the Aft Deck with hydraulic stays, or via the Engine Room. There is ample space for storage both port and starboard. The lazarette contains the hydraulic steering pump, twin rudder assemblies and 2 Glendinning power cable storage containers.
Lazarette
The saloon is warm, inviting, and large enough for entertaining and a crowd!
The saloon has cherry parquet floors and a custom bound rug (new in 2020). To starboard is a large settee (reupholstered 2020 with Ultra Leather) with a hi-lo folding table that easily accommodates 6-8 or even 10 for special occasion meals. Two Ekornes recliners and footstools are on the port side (recovered in 2020 with Ultra Leather Pro) and a round side table.
There is a 48” LG Smart TV mounted on the back of the Galley wall, facing aft. The TV has an external antenna on the pilot house roof. Connected to the TV is a Sonos sound system which includes a bass speaker, sound bar and two extra speakers.
The saloon features extensive storage with two built-in cabinets, space under the settee, and three sets of sliding louvered doors located behind the recliners. These louvered doors are grooved to “lock” in place to prevent sliding open in heavy seas.
All windows slide open, are covered with screens, trimmed with a cherry valance, and have Hunter Douglas shades. The windows have both light and privacy options and give plenty of ventilation and light , which is favorable when in a marina.
Other features include a VHF remote mounted on the starboard side and a cherry grab rail on the ceiling.
Saloon
The spacious galley is well appointed for a true cook.
The galley features a 2021 LG French-door bottom-freezer refrigerator, which is next to a Dutch-style Freeman door leading directly to the starboard side deck facilitating the receiving of ship’s stores.
Other appliances include a 2018 Wolf 3 burner induction cook-top, a 2018 Wolf convection oven, and a 2018 GE microwave/convection oven. There is also a GE trash compactor and an unused GE dishwasher.
The galley is separated from the saloon by a dual level Corian counter, keeping the “fuss” in the galley out of sight from those in the saloon. Under this counter and on top of wood valances are remote controlled multi-colored lights.
Within the galley, cabinetry and drawers are deep and plentiful for storage. All doors are louvered providing good air circulation. A tiled backsplash behind the stove area and behind the sink area provides a designer appearance. A spice cabinet hangs on the starboard wall.
To port of the galley, just forward of the saloon, is a built-in cherry wall unit with open shelving surrounding a round porthole, with a removable screen, for additional light with a wine refrigerator below which has been unused by the current owner.
Next to the stairs is a large pantry on top and a smaller pantry below. From here, there are steps taking you to the Pilot House, and to the Companionway. There is storage in four of the steps
Galley
Companionway
To starboard and aft down 3 steps, you reach a watertight Freeman door entering the walk-in Engine Room.
Day Head
To port is a day head with storage and a portal.
A full sized power fan vented stacked ASKO washer and dryer are located behind two louvered doors just outside of the day head at the base of the stairs.
Laundry
The stand-up walk-in engine room is accessed via either the companionway or from the lazarette. Forward to starboard is a workbench.
Recent upgrades include a custom designed Delta T ventilation system which achieves a 20ºF reduction in Engine Room temperature while underway. Two delta fans (24 vdc)(intake and exhaust) + 16” starboard fan keeps the engine room cooled.
24 vdc fans vs 120vac means it is not necessary to run a generator while underway to cool.
In addition, the owner added Engine Room LED lighting and overhead handrails.
The condenser for the Saloon AC is located starboard aft. For the full details of Engine Room systems, see the technical specifications.
Engine Room
Moving forward to starboard you enter the full beam, mid-ship master stateroom with a walk around queen size bed. The master layout is quiet compared to a Bow Master when underway and has less motion; when you are off-duty this location will give you the best rest. Nightstands with storage below are located on each side. Shelving and reading lights are located above the bed. Hydraulic assists lift the bed to reveal ample storage for supplies and parts and 4 large drawers below. On the outside starboard wall are small cabinets.
Forward of the bed are lockers and 2 large drawers and ample open storage above for a TV or baskets.
On the port wall there is a bookshelf, 3 large drawers and a shoe cabinet. Across from those cabinets is another closet with shelves which is next to the master head.
Mid-Ship Master Stateroom
The shower was expanded by the original owner and there is ample cabinet space behind the toilet. A mirrored medicine cabinet is above the sink.
The stand-up closet in this head is perfect for an ironing board, luggage, vacuum and tall items.
En Suite Master Head
Walking forward from the master stateroom on the port side is a curved staircase that leads up to the pilot house. Across the companionway on the starboard side there are full height cabinets and just forward of the cabinets is the full office with a portal.
Captain Scott loves his quiet office which has a built-in desk, open bookshelves, louvered cabinets, proper file drawers, and a swivel desk chair.

Through the hatch in the guest stateroom is the forward machinery space which includes a 100 gal. black water tank, water maker, washdown pump, one of two domestic water pumps, and the overboard macerator pump. Within the space is a waterproof Freeman hatch which leads forward to the bow thruster and windlass hydraulics.
Forward Machinery Space
You may access the pilothouse from either the saloon, the side decks, or from the curved stairs coming up from the lower level. The floor here is teak and holly. At the top of the steps leading down to the galley are the boat’s AC/DC electrical panels, genset, and charger/inverter controls.
This bright and airy area offers a great 180º visual. Sliding screened windows are located aft to port and starboard. There are two screened ports overhead, sunshades for the side and forward windows and polarized tint on the forward windows. There are also two portals with removable screens aft of the settee.
For comfort and a commanding view, there is a Stidd Admiral chrome helm chair for the Captain (recovered in 2021)
Aft of the helm is a settee (recovered with Ultra Leather in 2020) which converts into a double bed and a cherry hi/low folding table that folds out to double its size. This provides a good work or entertaining surface. Beneath the settee is a large storage area and there is a cherry grab rail on the ceiling.
The pilothouse also includes a Kahlenberg Dual Air Horn with 24vdc compressor (new 2022), an Exalto Windshield Wiper System and a Danforth 6” compass.
The main helm is well appointed with electronics, specifications described in the technical specifications.
Pilothouse
Forward of the pilothouse is the portuguese bridge which contains storage cabinets. The portuguese bridge has a double door in the center that leads forward to the bow. On the starboard side are the wing station controls. Just forward of the portuguese bridge, both to port and starboard, are seats that open for storage with custom made cushions and covers.
The bow has two hatches that access the guest stateroom.
The anchor rode locker access is on the port forward of the bow via a Freeman water-tight hatch. The anchor locker has a light switch, a ladder for access, and is divided into two sections.
Also, port forward are freshwater and seawater washdowns. The windlass is centered on the bow forward and supports the two anchors/chains. The port side of the bow pulpit carries a 70kg Rocna anchor and starboard carries a 150lb Delta anchor.
Connections for shore power electric are also starboard forward. All decking is non-skid.
Wing Station, Portuguese Bridge, & Bow
Access to the upper deck is on the port side via four steps. On the upper deck, the dingy and hydraulic davit are both positioned aft, athwartship. Two folding bikes and a Magma propane grill are located forward of the davit. Also included is a radar reflector.

Upper Deck
On the port side of the mast, which can be lowered, there are three steps up to the flybridge. There is an enormous storage area beneath the flybridge with 2 separate entrances. Within, to port, are the electronics for the solar, 12v/24v pilothouse batteries, flopper stopper plates, etc. All decking is non-skid.
The flybridge is appointed with an L shaped settee with custom cushions to port with a secured table.
The helm is located on the starboard side with a complete steering station and custom cover. There are 2 helm chairs secured as well with covers.
Four 250w solar panels are located forward of the Flybridge.
